I graduated from St. Edward’s yesterday, with my BA in Communication. And, I believe, a 4.0 GPA. 
Starting graduate school this fall! I’ll keep going as long as I keep having fun.

Thanks, Rachel! I’m not sure what the UK equivalent is, but it’s top marks, straight As, etc.
(Although I’m still waiting to hear back from one last class on the grade, but something really drastic would have had to have happened to get anything other than an A.)

In degree terms, it’s the equivalent of a 1st. Our degrees traditionally only have 5 different results – 1st, 2:1, 2:2, 3rd and fail. You rarely know where you are (although things may have changed!)
