I have visited the wall once, and I was moved to tears. I like the plan called Inversion of Light. It uses symbols of the elements as well as symbols of location (e.g., the opening at the north tower imprint being on the side where the first plane hit). It also includes listing the names of victims in all locations on that day, as well as the first attack (in 1993). I like how it proposes to differentiate those in terms of civilians and fire/police.
