I just got my Amazon shipment. I checked my gold box a few days ago and the Memento limited edition DVD was there for $20. I don’t know if I was more pleased with the fact that it was actually a movie I liked or that I got something in the gold box that wasn’t<\/i> a power tool. Hear me, Amazon? I’m not interested in your damned miter saws! I don’t care how many times you offer them to me. And I don’t want a table saw or a router either! Or a strip nailer! ARGH!<\/p>\n

I’m ok, really. Let me just have a drink of water. There, see? Fine. <\/p>\n

And I got books 2 and 3 in the Christ Clone series<\/a>. I had an inkling of where the series was headed after reading the first one, but I’d like to send a big ol’ FARK YOU to the dumbshits who posted major farking spoilers in the reviews on Amazon’s site. Don’t read the reviews if you don’t want to know the major plot point. The first book was really good; it’s yet another Apocalyptic novel but with a modicum of intelligence. Personally, I think that the Left Behind series is really thin, like something high school juniors would write. It’s extremely one dimensional and the characters really need to be fleshed out. Book nine was nicely gory, though.<\/p>\n
