Of all the non-TexMex foods I miss out of Texas, peppercorn cream gravy is right at the top. Sigh.

Would you, please? I only vaguely remember, sigh. I know it’s grease of some type, flour, milk or cream…and pepper. That’s the way my dad used to make it…
