Quite possibly some of the most disturbing artwork I’ve ever seen. Can’t sleep, bloody little girl will eat me.

    Why do so many of them remind me of Christina Ricci?

    These are strange, Edward Gorey-like themes, only a lot more realistic. I much prefer Gorey.

    Yikes.

    Mark Ryden’s style is also similar to some of Gary Baseman’s work - they share that “cutesy gothic” blood-and-guts ethos.
