Time Warner sucks.
I just got my Amazon shipment. I checked my gold box a few days ago and the Memento limited edition DVD was there for $20. I don’t know if I was more pleased with the fact that it was actually a movie I liked or that I got something in the gold box that wasn’t a power tool. Hear me, Amazon? I’m not interested in your damned miter saws! I don’t care how many times you offer them to me. And I don’t want a table saw or a router either! Or a strip nailer! ARGH!
I’m ok, really. Let me just have a drink of water. There, see? Fine.
And I got books 2 and 3 in the Christ Clone series. I had an inkling of where the series was headed after reading the first one, but I’d like to send a big ol’ FARK YOU to the dumbshits who posted major farking spoilers in the reviews on Amazon’s site. Don’t read the reviews if you don’t want to know the major plot point. The first book was really good; it’s yet another Apocalyptic novel but with a modicum of intelligence. Personally, I think that the Left Behind series is really thin, like something high school juniors would write. It’s extremely one dimensional and the characters really need to be fleshed out. Book nine was nicely gory, though.
Ode to Time Warner Cable:
They’re broken and they’re sucky
They’re just out to make a bucky
They’re full of warm horsepucky
The cable company
Na na na na *snap snap*
because all the damn movie channels are out including HBO which means I can’t watch Sex and the City. Oy.

damn, you at least get fun things in your amazon gold box once in a while. last time i checked, i also had offers for a security mailbox, a table saw, a weed whacker, and two other home-owner oriented items. unfortunately, i live in an apartment. methinks it’s amazon’s way of closing out their junk that no one wants. blah.
enjoy memento — still haven’t seen it!

It’s good to know that I’m not the only person that Amazon seems to think needs a lot of power tools. *shakes fist at Amazon* I don’t need power tools!

Time Warner does suck………..
You’d think they could tell you why the cable is out or how long until they fix it. Oh wait, that would mean that some sweaty fat azz would actually have to answer the phone in customer service. Nice job, getting payed to sit and pick your nose. No wonder cable prices are high. Thanks Customer care (or doesn’t care, if you want to be precise) in Corpus Christi Texas.

Time Warner Cable
You’d think that they would care for those that buy all their services including Roadrunner….
Nope. I called Custumer Service 26 times.
Service was out for 3 months. Cable worked RR was down….. Never fixed it.
Made 2 more calls.
1 Call to DirecTV Ordered premier service.
2 Call to SBC Ordered Premier DSL.
Awesome Service from DirecTV…..
Lightning Fast Speeds from SBC DSL Almost 2x faster than RR.
26 calls ………… Time Warner Customer Service SUCKS.
Now I spend $25 less per month & get superior service & customer support from DirecTV & SBC.
