Oh, the shame. We rented Royal Tennenbaums and J&SB, have only watched RT, and both movies are sitting on my desk, a couple of weeks overdue. I’m trying the “ignore it and it will go away” approach that always didn’t work well at all when I had overdue movies (and resulted in my owing Blockbuster some $150 in late fees on a couple of different occasions).

    What’d you think of the Royal Tannenbaums? It wasn’t at all what I expected… And I highly recommend Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back if you like the J&SB/View Askew films

    I thought Tennenbaums was good, but I think I liked Rushmore a little better.

    I can totally relate to the late fees! I think we own a third of Blockbuster due to our late fees. Now we just buy the movie instead of rent it. It costs less to do that!
